Wine Tourism Project Manager
Gastronomy Tourism Management department

The Azerbaijan Tourism Board is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to fill the position of Wine Tourism Project Manager within the Gastronomy Tourism Management department. This role is integral to advancing the viticulture and winemaking industry in Azerbaijan by integrating it into the tourism sector. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and implementing strategies to promote wine tourism, showcasing the rich biodiversity and national resources of our country.

Duties:

· Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of representatives in the viticulture and winemaking industry.

· Lead and manage all projects outlined in the wine tourism strategy.

· Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful project implementation.

· Create tasks related to wine tourism development.

· Train the team for effective implementation and monitor results.

· Actively contribute to the technological and content aspects of wine tourism product development.

· Play an active role in increasing the significance of wine tourism in shaping the overall tourism image of Azerbaijan.

Requirements:

· Fluency in Azerbaijani and English languages.

· Strong communication skills.

· General understanding of world winemaking schools.

· Theoretical/practical knowledge about Azerbaijani winemaking facilities in the regions and in the center.

· Technique of creative approach to tourism product development.

· 5 years of work experience at the middle management level.

· High corporate discipline.
