We are pleased to inform that the registration for participation in PATA Travel Mart (PTM) 2026, taking place from 18–20 August 2026 in Kuching, Sarawak, Malaysia, is now open.

PATA Travel Mart (PTM) is one of Asia Pacific’s longest-standing international travel trade exhibitions, offering unparalleled networking and contracting opportunities. It helps travel and tourism organizations access decision-makers, meet new clients, expand their networks, establish new relationships, and strengthen existing business partnerships. 

Registered buyers at PTM represent key segments such as leisure, luxury, MICE, and wedding travel, and come from a wide geographic range, including Europe, North America, South Asia, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Northeast Asia, Africa, and the Pacific.

This year’s event will take place at the Malaysia International Trade and Exhibition Centre in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

PATA membership is not required in advance for participation. Companies may consider membership after the event if relevant. In such cases, the one-time entrance fee is waived, while the standard annual membership fee remains applicable.

The participation fee is 1,500 AZN (excluding VAT) for two participants per company.

Note: Travel expenses must be covered by the participating company.

Registering does not confirm your attendance. Your participation will be considered after re-confirmation at the end of the registration process. Companies that have confirmed their attendance will receive an e-mail with a detailed agenda and location of event.
