The number of Pakistani arrivals to Azerbaijan increased steadily from 46,586 in 2019 to 80,924 in 2024, marking a remarkable 74% growth over the five-year period.
Comparing 2023 to 2024, the number of arrivals increased significantly from 55,161 to 80,924, reflecting a substantial 47% growth year-over-year.
In 2025, the number of arrivals reached 91,043, marking a 13% increase compared to 2024.

70% of Pakistani visitors to Azerbaijan travel for leisure and entertainment purposes, while 28% for business reasons, and 1% as a transit visitor in 2025.
The average Pakistani tourist spends 1,841AZN in Azerbaijan, with 47% of their budget allocated to transport, followed by accommodation (21%), food (17%), purchasing gifts and souvenirs (10%), sports and entertainment (1%), and in 2025.
In 2025, 47% of Pakistani stayed in Azerbaijan for 1-3 nights, 35% stayed for 4-7 nights, and 13% stayed for 8-14 nights.
The most visited regions by Pakistanis in Azerbaijan are Gabala, Gusar, Guba, and Zagatala.
